Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling high‑performing, scalable, and data‑driven global marketing programs for Technetics Group. This role sits at the intersection of technology, analytics, and campaign execution, ensuring that global marketing initiatives are delivered with operational excellence and supported by strong governance, process discipline, and actionable performance insights.

Ultimately, this position strengthens Technetics Group’s global marketing infrastructure, enabling the organization to plan, execute, measure, and scale marketing programs with consistency, accuracy, and impact.

  • Manage global marketing workflows and overall operational performance.
  • Drive adoption of marketing technology and ensure strong system discipline.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting and high‑quality campaign execution.
  • Optimize workflows, tools, and processes that support multichannel marketing.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and streamline execution steps to improve cross‑regional and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration with internal teams, regional partners, and external agencies.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and marketing analytics.
  • Translate data into insights that improve decision‑making, funnel performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency, and best‑practice adoption.

Job Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and operational mindset

  • Strong organizational discipline and operational rigor
  • CRM experience
  • Advanced Excel/BI experience
  • Experience working in multi-national, global marketing environment
  • Experience working across all levels of an organization
  • Requires at least up to 25-30% domestic and international travel

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing

Preferred Experience:

  • HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Experience in global or multi‑region marketing environments
