Job Summary:

The Marketing Communications Specialist strengthens Technetics Group’s brand presence and communication effectiveness across global and regional markets. The role supports the planning, development, and execution of multichannel initiatives that accelerate market penetration, reinforce brand positioning, and enable business growth. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing, the specialist delivers high‑quality content, external communications, event support, and digital assets. Responsibilities include event coordination, content development, translation management, CRM lead organization and reporting, digital marketing support, and creation of collateral aligned with global brand strategy.

Excellence:

Promote the Sealing Technologies and Enpro culture around creating value and driving excellence in our organization by:

  • Tracking regional marketing budgets and expenses and contributing to continuous improvement of processes.
  • Coordinating trade shows and company events, including booths, activities, samples, logistics, and pre‑show promotional campaigns.
  • Supporting cross‑functional teams to enable successful product launches and promotional activities.
  • Managing thought‑leadership activities (technical articles, speaking engagements) and content creation for brochures, presentations, and customer‑facing collateral in line with global strategy.
  • Managing digital assets and aligning creative/production agencies with global branding guidance.
  • Developing external communications with Market, Product and Sales leads.
  • Organizing translations for external marketing communications across company languages.
  • Handling lead organization and reporting in CRM to ensure key metrics are tracked and goals are met.

Job Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Solid planning, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to scope opportunities, translate into clear briefing and then deliver high-quality communications and collateral.
  • Project management across multiple concurrent initiatives; stakeholder coordination.
  • Content development for brochures, presentations, and digital channels;
  • Creativity with brand discipline; ability to maintain consistency across regions and channels.
  • Have the experience of building and improving the campaign. Someone able to work in autonomy, enough experience in marketing background to think through how to automate and operate. have their priorities clear and act on it.
  • Requires at least up to 25-30% domestic and international travel

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (Required)
  • Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office;
  • CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for lead organization and reporting;
  • Event planning and coordination at trade shows and corporate events;
  • Managing translations and working with agencies in multilingual environments.
