Facilities and Equipment Technician (Graveyard Shift)

LeanTeq specializes in science cleaning technology for the semiconductor. We are looking for a Graveyard Shift Facilities/Equipment Technician with a diverse skill set to support production and facilities equipment, custodial duties, plumbing, carpentry, and warehouse responsibilities. The candidate will manage the DI Water System, HF Treatment System, Acid Waste Neutralize System, Scrubber, Boiler, Chillers, Air handlers, Argon, Nitrogen, Air Compressor, and production equipment such as Auto Bead Blast, Auto Polishers, Ultrasonic, Auto Power Waster, CO2 Blaster, Fume Hoods, Ovens, Furnace, Grit Blasters, Sealers, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follows all safety-related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines. Maintain situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Daily supporting production and maintaining equipment online during the shift assigned.

- Independently performs maintenance according to industry standards.
- Equipment maintenance: The ability to perform routine maintenance on test equipment and resolve technical issues is necessary.
- Updates records and reviews CMMS history (QT9).
- Trouble Shooting and locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Dismantles equipment and removes/replaces defective parts.
- Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments & pieces of equipment.
- Equipment maintenance: The ability to perform routine maintenance on test equipment and resolve technical issues is necessary.
- Familiarity with equipment calibration procedures and the ability to perform calibrations as necessary is expected.
- Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
- Support production technicians on routine preventive maintenance.
- Can be required to set up and operate multiple machining operations including but not restricted to drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. Can do welding tasks.

- Must use the Folk Lift to support the Wearhouse and move heavy objects.
- Other assignments will be assigned by the Facilities Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- 4-5 Years of Good Manufacturing Practice (GPM) experience is a must.
- 4-5 Years of working in the cleanroom 100 and 1000.
- Automation Manufacturing Technician with 5 years plus (Preferred)
- 5+ years of related experience in the high technology industry or successful completion of an equipment manufacturing project.
- Knows basic electronics and can analyze problems and perform repairs.
- Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
- Able to work overtime if mandatory and required.
- Ability to use the computer to order parts, collect data, emails
- Handed-on, assembly, box built, wiring, cable hardness supported manufacturing: 3-5 years (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Daily, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically conducted in a factory environment and is usually very loud.
