• 3rd Shift: 10:00PM-6:00AM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• • Performs all jobs in Gylon area: Calendar/Cake Cell, Compounder as required by supervisor.
  • Moves raw material to and from mixing to calendaring area.
  • Operates lift truck.
  • Maintains records and notes on how to do jobs. Occasional use of computer to run labels for sheets.

  OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps work area clean.
  • Performs other jobs as assigned by Supervisor.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

POSTURE: Standing, pushing, pulling, bending

MAXIMUM WEIGHT TO BE LIFTED: 35 lbs. anything over 35 lb requires two people or mechanical lifting device.

FREQUENCY PER SHIFT: up to 40 %

REPETITIVE MOTION TASKS: Reaching, cutting, pulling

DURATION OF SHIFT:  80 %                                                               

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Climate controlled building, solvent fumes, noise, graphite, dynasol and silica
• Union environment

These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $22.53 - $23.96 hourly. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
