Sr. Manager of Product

GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:

The Snr. Manager of Product will be responsible for leading the overall strategy and alignment with the Product Management Team, creating the multi-year product vision, investment planning, and roadmap of products, solutions, and capabilities that we deliver to customers. This will be possible through understanding and monitoring both the market and high value customer needs, aligning internal stakeholders, setting the appropriate product pricing and performance targets, coordinating product marketing tasks, and managing the entire product lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a multi-year product vision and roadmap.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Monitor market trends and high-value customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure internal stakeholders are aligned with the product strategy.
  • Leadership: Lead the Product Management group consisting of Product Managers, Product Specialists, Applications Engineers, Pricing and Product Information Teams to drive profitable growth


JOB QUALIFICATION
:

  1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
  2. Business experience at a managerial level within product management, sales, marketing, or engineering.  
  3. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to understand how to influence the profitability of business units.
  4. Industry, customer, competitor, and product knowledge a plus.
  5. Ability to build, develop, and engage teams directly and indirectly. 
  6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead globally in and outside a matrix environment.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $153,600 - $249,700 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.​
