Summary:

NxEdge is a world class company providing vertically integrated solutions to the Semiconductor market. Our expertise in Advanced Engineered Coatings (AEC) and Vertical Integration (VI) allows global leading chip manufacturers and OEM equipment makers to achieve next generation technologies. We are seeking an experienced Technical Professional to lead our RTM (Real Time Manufacturing)/NPI (New Product Introduction) activities specializing in manufacturing components for semiconductor capital equipment worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading technology transfer and new product integration from development to mass production to include quoting and pricing
  • Streamlining estimating & quoting process to create a competitive advantage
  • Managing cross-functional teams across Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Operations
  • Overseeing process integration development and manufacturing readiness
  • Coordinate make vs. buy decisions while developing and maintaining relationships with external manufacturing partners in conjunction with Supply Chain leadership
  • Leading technical reviews and risk assessments for new product introductions
  • Close collaboration with the outside sales team to drive success on new development opportunities
  • Develop, track and assess critical KPIs to ensure that we are “winning” with respect to NPI activities

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering and product development
  • Deep technical background in semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, etching, testing, etc.)
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and driving complex projects
  • Strong understanding of quality requirements for semiconductor products
  • Track record of successful technology transfers and new product launches
  • Experienced with GD&T and SPC
  • Experience in Solid Works
  • Experienced with Dimensional Analysis and Configuration Control a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related degree (required)
  • Master’s degree in engineering or related degree (preferred)
