As a trusted Senior Talent Advisor to leaders across the enterprise, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR Partners, Total Rewards, and other key team members to deliver thoughtful, creative, data-driven recruitment strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, agile environment and is passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in hiring.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and the HR team, leading full life-cycle recruitment including requisition coordination, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and closing strategies for internal and external roles across all levels of the organization.  

  • Provide creative solutions and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, internal/external networks). 

  • Understand how to apply effective recruiting practices to both passive and active candidates to expand pipeline; profile candidates. 

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and market developments to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge. 

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. 

  • Ensure a positive candidate and internal customer experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. 

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation. 

  • Apply a data-driven approach to recruiting by aligning hiring strategies with business needs and capacity, while maintaining strong data integrity in ATS (PageUp) and leveraging metrics to continuously refine recruitment efforts. 

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. 

  • Lead project management of ad hoc talent acquisition and talent strategy projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and find win-win outcomes for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

  • Expertise with recruiting technology, especially ATS platforms.  

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms to identify and engage top external talent. 

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field or equivalent experience that shows you have the foundation to thrive. 

  • 7+ years of combined recruiting and HR experience, ideally a mix of agency and in-house, so you bring both speed and strategy to the table.
