Job Summary:

Our Corporate Development and Strategy team plays a crucial role in identifying and executing strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, that align with our long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Support the development of business cases and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of long-term strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, STEM, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
