ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Performs Shipping for FAB area.
2. Receives materials and/or products released from production units for shipping and/or stocking purposes.
3. Organizes finished goods by designated location (per labeling/5S standards) to enable accurate identification, picking, and handling.
4. Prioritize shipping orders using backlogs, review all documents for style, size, and qualities and for any special shipping instructions.
5. Responsible for correct style, size and quantities shipped; as well as quality of goods sent.
6. Picks and completes all requirements to prepare products for shipment using bar code scanning\equipment in all facets of the process.
7. Prepares shipping documents, labeling and package marking as required including the completion of pick slips for finished goods customers, domestic or international.
8. Completes all duties specific to the UPS and FedEx line to prepare and complete products for shipment. Files daily pick slips alphabetically in accordance with record-retention requirements.
9. Ships products via LTL, Courier, TL, Air, or other mode to international and domestic customers as well as completing transactions for stock transfers to other company locations.
10. Maintains and updates files and records related to orders and shipments. Reconciles any discrepancies with shipments and orders and makes appropriate adjustments.
11. May assist with material coordination when needed.
12. Assists with maintaining stock levels of shipping supplies in the Fab area (Boxes, materials, etc.)
13. Cleans and packages oxy service products per specifications.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keeps work area neat and clean while maintaining 5S standards.
2. Performs other jobs as assigned by Supervisor.
3. Completes daily containment check of picking, packing or shipment of components for self and co-workers to verify shipment is correct.
4. Drives fork truck
5. Performs other jobs assigned by supervisor.

DURATION OF SHIFT: up to 6 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm

Starting Pay: $22.48/hour, Pay Range: $22.48-$23.50/hour
