We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.
This position will be based at the corporate headquarters in Charlotte, SC. The position will have some flexibility to work from home and be hybrid.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President of Technetics Group ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support business meetings including taking official meeting minutes.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Prepare/approve electronic expense reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Keep track of tasks and deliverables, managing reporting cadence from group businesses
Act as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Provide proactive support by anticipating needs and properly managing workload.
Other duties as assigned, within scope and responsibility of the role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with technology – Experience with core Office365 programs
Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in a matrixed and multi-site organization is preferred.
Occasional travel up to 10%, as needed for events.
