Marketing Communications Specialist

Technetics Group is looking for a passionate Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you are creative, organized, and have a strategic mindset, we want to meet you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES _______________________________________

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will oversee the internal communication: collaborate with the HR team to develop newsletters, TV monitor communications, and coordinate internal events. Developing technical articles and organizing public speaking engagements will also be part of your role.

You will also assist in drafting press releases, conducting market research, and assisting with Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Market (VOM) efforts. Your ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously will be essential in this dynamic role.

Overseeing the regional marketing budget and expenses is another key responsibility.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches and manage leads and reports in the CRM system, organizing translations for marketing communications.

Additionally, you will create contents: design brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials in alignment with the global strategy.

Last but not least, you will be responsible for the event coordination for the Group, organizing trade shows and company events, managing booths, activities, product samples, and promotional campaigns.

This position reports to our Strategic Communications & Marketing Director.

YOUR PROFILE _________________________________________________

• Education: Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, solid analytical skills.
• Tools:  MS Office

Adobe programs (Photoshop & InDesign) and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com) are a plus.

• Business trips: 20% (mainly France and Europe)
• Soft skills: effective communication, strategic mindset, global perspective, organizational savvy, planning and alignment skills, and ability to drive engagement, ability to work in teams and independently.
• Language: fluent in French and English
