Job Summary:

The Marketing Administrative Assistant role involves a combination of administrative support and marketing tasks, as well as general front office activities such as handling incoming calls. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operations of the marketing department and supporting accounts receivable activities.

The Marketing Administrative Assistant will work full-time, onsite, at our Costa Mesa, California facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, including email marketing, event coordination, and newsletter creation. Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Review and update marketing collateral and product manuals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
  • Office Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating events, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Accounts Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and follow up with customers via email and phone on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections.
  • Front Office Administration: Professionally handle incoming calls, manage office supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail, support company events, and maintain a well-organized office environment.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations, manage office calendars, and assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize company documents, including filing, scanning, and archiving important records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of relevant office administration and/or marketing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with accounts receivable management and basic accounting principles.
    • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
    • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

AMI carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.

United States: The hiring range for this position is typically USD $23/hr to $29/hr.
