Job Summary:
The Marketing Administrative Assistant role involves a combination of administrative support and marketing tasks, as well as general front office activities such as handling incoming calls. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operations of the marketing department and supporting accounts receivable activities.
The Marketing Administrative Assistant will work full-time, onsite, at our Costa Mesa, California facility.

United States: The hiring range for this position is typically USD $23/hr to $29/hr.
