Job Summary & Job Duties

The Customer Service Rep will be involved in a wide range of customer and company support activities that are critical in supporting the seamless operations of the business. The role will include managing the customer interface for the RMA quoting, invoicing and coordinating the return shipping of repaired products, posting daily invoices and scanning prior day shipment and invoice paperwork, handling all incoming calls, as well as general front office activities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The Customer Service Rep will work full-time, onsite, at our Costa Mesa, California facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of relevant office administration roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as active listening skills
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional and empathetic attitude during customer interactions, even if confrontational.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working around technical products and basic technical aptitude
• Experience working within an ERP system for a products company
• Familiarity commercial shipping utilizing UPS or FedEx
• Experience using CRM systems

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause the compensation offered to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $24.98 - $37.47 Hourly. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
