The Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of new product development programs from initial concept through prototype builds, the NPD cycle, and production order launch. This role serves as the primary liaison between Technetics and external customers and drives program execution through close. Coordination with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality/compliance, procurement, sales, and marketing.

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead new product development programs from concept through prototype builds, NPD completion, and production order launch.
  • Manage and prioritize NPD through design engineer project engineer, contracts administrator, & inside sales to align with customer needs and commitments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Technetics and external customers throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality/compliance, procurement, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
  • Facilitate customer meetings and internal program reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
  • Gather, document, and communicate customer requirements and ensure they are reviewed and addressed by appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the RFQ and quoting process in partnership with sales, engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Ensure program execution remains aligned with the customer statement of work and contractual requirements.
  • Identify, communicate, and help mitigate commercial, technical, schedule, and execution risks.
  • Drive programs to meet on-time delivery, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.

What You’ll Bring:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing new product development, customer programs, or complex cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, program execution, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements, statements of work, technical documentation, and commercial expectations.
  • Experience supporting RFQ, quoting, or customer proposal processes preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $114,128 - $171,192 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.​
