In this role, you will lead key talent management projects and collaborate closely with our Sr. HR Director, Talent & Culture, to foster an engaged and talent-focused organization.
Your work will span across Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development. You’ll also be instrumental in developing and maintaining key analytics to drive our talent agenda.
