OEM Sales Manager 

We’re looking for an experienced and relationship-driven OEM Sales Manager to help grow our business and strengthen partnerships with key OEM customers. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner—working closely with customer teams across procurement, engineering, quality, and operations—to deliver value, solve problems, and support long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned OEM customers
  • Act as the key connection between STEMCO and customer technical teams to ensure needs are understood and met
  • Provide product knowledge and wheel-end installation training to customer teams as needed
  • Conduct production line audits to ensure proper installation practices and identify improvement opportunities
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights to support new product development and applications
  • Identify and drive opportunities to increase volume and expand business with existing customers
  • Partner with field sales teams to support fleet specification efforts at OEMs

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including exposure to CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle or related industry
  • Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships
  • Clear and effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
  • Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
