Human Resources Information Systems Leader (HRIS)
Join Enpro as a Human Resources Information Systems Leader (HRIS) to design and drive the transformation of our global HR technology ecosystem. As a strategic enabler of enterprise scalability data-driven decision making, and business partnership, you will be responsible for optimizing, implementing, and managing HR systems that support our business goals, people strategy and culture.
You will add value as a trusted advisor and partner to HR, C-Suite, and business leaders, collaborating across functions to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, streamline and simplify HR processes, provide actionable workforce insights, and ensure compliance. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the strategic architect and owner of global enterprise HRIS platforms, leading system selection, implementation, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing management. Develop a clear roadmap that prioritizes value-add configuration, improves scalability, strengthens user experience, and anticipates future needs, considering how to leverage AI.
- Develop and execute a multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap that aligns HR capabilities, business priorities, process standardization and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions and automation.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand and define requirements and deliver solutions that align systems capabilities and data analytics with organizational objectives.
- Partner with HR Operations and Global Process Owners to ensure enterprise HR processes are standardized, scalable, and effectively enabled through technology.
- Build and lead a lean team of experts focused on HRIS enablement of HR operational excellence. Develop future talent within HRIS and across HR, fostering digital fluency withing the organization.
- Lead enterprise change management efforts, driving process automation and optimization initiatives to improve HR efficiency, organizational scalability, and user engagement. Example measures of success will include process efficiency gains, data quality improvements, system adoption rates, and employee experience scores.
- Develop and maintain global HRIS policies and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent usage and data integrity, as well as system documentation, workflows, and training materials for HRIS users.
- Develop methods (reporting, dashboards, etc.) to analyze organizational data and metrics to generate actionable insights for leadership and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead data governance practices that ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations, both global and local.
- Ensure effective support, issue resolution, and service delivery for HR technology solutions through a high-performing HRIS team and vendor ecosystem.
- Own and manage all external relationships in the HRIS space: vendors, consultants and technology partners.
- Provide project management leadership for HRIS-related initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
- Deep understanding of HRIS platforms, integrations, data governance, data analytics and compliance, as well as experience with globally configured HCM’s, including bolt-on modules. Certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of fundamental HR services (recruiting, onboarding, payroll, performance, learning architecture, etc.) and process design.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading global teams.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong project management, organizational, and change management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term technology vision with practical execution and business outcomes.
- Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building skills.
- Proven record leading global HRIS transformations, implementations, and optimization efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of HRIS and HR experience, ideally with both strategic and tactical responsibilities in a complex, multi-site or global environment.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business processes, employee experience, and organizational decision-making.
