Job Summary
The Senior HR Generalist provides advanced expertise in the day-to-day human resource functions for Technetics Group-DeLand, a division of the Sealing Technologies segment of Enpro. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, policy and procedure alignment, compensation, payroll, performance management, and compliance with state and federal laws. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Essential Functions:
Promote Technetics Group and Enpro culture around creating value and driving excellence in our organization by:
- Support leadership and team by applying HR best practices and devising strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Generate HR metrics to analyze trends, developing solutions, programs, and policies to advance the organization.
- Support the performance and talent review process, working with leadership to develop talent management strategies and provide guidance on workforce and succession planning.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring regulatory compliance by partnering with the corporate legal department and participating in HR compliance audits.
- Work closely with leadership teams to support employee relations issues. Conduct investigations and provide objective analysis to recommend the best course of action.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for benefits, payroll, and policies.
- Manage the talent acquisition processes, from interviewing, pre-employment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended Technetics Group HR team.
- Support employee events, and recognition activities at the site.
- Analyze training needs and partner with the broader HR team to develop programs. Lead training and updates at the site.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company culture and act as an ambassador to current and future talent.
- Implement creative employee service and rewards/recognition programs to promote a culture of engagement.
- Lead full life-cycle recruitment, including social networking, internships, campus career fairs, and identifying new sourcing channels for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and leave of absence processing and related issues.
- May support additional locations as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, I/O Psychology, or a related field. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent role.
- Travel 5-10%
- Must meet US Export controls compliance requirements
