Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $60,000 - $88,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting, the Garlock Palmyra environmental, health, and safety programs and culture. As an expert resource, support the EHS Supervisor and facility leadership to ensure colleagues develop a strong understanding of the EnPro/Garlock EHS programs. Partner with colleagues to ensure that programs are implemented, training is in place, and is sustained.
Facilitate & support environmental, health and safety programs which ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and Company regulations, requirements, and policies. Provides pro-active support to all employees through actions and words. Embraces the values of the EnPro/Garlock in each of the below responsibilities.
