Job Summary:

Rubber Fab, located in Sparta, NJ, is an industry leading gasket and hose supplier for the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. A warehouse person is responsible for order fulfillment of gaskets & hoses, packaging hoses, etching gaskets, and receiving products.  Attention to detail is highly important, as this Warehouse Person is also responsible for counting and packaging products.

Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday - Friday. 

Essential Functions:

• Order fulfillment of hoses, gaskets, etc.
• Assist in custom hose shop
• Etching gaskets
• Loading & unloading packages from trucks
• Unpack and inventory incoming shipments
• Picking, counting and packaging products for outbound shipments
• Maintain overall organization of warehouse
• Ensure that inventory is accurate and report discrepancies

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
• Standing for long periods of time
