Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $63,000 - $106,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee production staff across one or more lines, fostering an environment that supports growth, safety, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for implementing standard work practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives in safety, 5S, and lean manufacturing, and ensuring production schedules and KPIs are met. This role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication with cross-functional teams, and a strong working knowledge of labor relations, ERP systems, and digital tools. You will lead daily meetings, manage labor and resources efficiently, and contribute to both departmental and organizational goals through collaboration and accountability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead and develop production team members in alignment with core values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect.
Manage production operations to achieve and exceed key performance indicators for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment within budgetary guidelines.
Plan and schedule personnel assignments, coordinate workflow, and ensure production schedules are executed.
Promote and enforce plant safety rules, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and improve 5S standards, coaching operators for continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional staff regarding operational issues and updates.
Oversee training and development for new and existing employees, evaluate performance, and recommend merit increases.
Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and labor agreements.
Maintain accurate records of departmental activities and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate in budget preparation and monitor controllable expenses.
Supervise the handling and storage of hazardous waste in compliance with EPA regulations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
H.S. diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment and leadership role required; or equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
Must be able to read measuring instruments to do quality audit of products, etc., according to company policies and procedures.
Good interpersonal skills.
Must be able to establish work schedules and make decisions with little or no direct supervision.
Working experience using an ERP system.
Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite of software (specifically Outlook and Excel).
WORKING CONDITIONS: On-site Manufacturing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Office and Manufacturing Floor Position: Ability to perform sedentary work, spending extended periods of time working with a computer. Physical effort may include stooping, kneeling, touching, feeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Clarity of vision to see near and mid-range. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
