System Integration Product Owner

As a System Integration Product Owner, you will work with our Enterprise Integration Product Leader to co-develop the strategy and execution of integrating complex systems using the MuleSoft platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the agile development of integration solutions that maximize business value. Key Responsibilities:

- Product Ownership: Assist in the development of the enterprise integration vision, strategy, and roadmap for system integration, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

- Integration Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft.  Partner with MuleSoft and Vendor Integrator to ensure successful implementations.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-value integration solutions.

- Agile Leadership: Drive agile methodologies within the team, ensuring that product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and executed efficiently.

- Business Value Focus: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs, translating them into technical requirements that drive significant business value.

- Growth Mindset: Stay current with industry trends, integration technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless integration solutions.

- Documentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation is available for integration solutions and provide necessary training to users and teams.

The position is remote however candidates located near our company locations are desirable.

Qualifications:

Experience

  - Proven track record of successful system integrations.

  - Hands-on development with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.

  - Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with the ability to implement them effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Background in manufacturing would be a plus

Technical Skills

  - Proficiency in integration platforms and technologies, such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Boomi, etc.

  - Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and data mapping.

- Proficiency in Java and/or integration platform certifications would be a plus.

Soft Skills:

  - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  - Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and find effective solutions.

  - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
