The Product Marketing Leader serves as an orchestrator across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other key functions. This role develops shared go-to-market strategies, leads product launches and market communications, advances voice of the customer programs, and uses data, technology, and AI-enabled insights to improve marketing impact and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute a shared go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to segment markets, develop buyer insights, and identify opportunities, challenges, and market dynamics for the organization and its products.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that bring products and solutions to market through effective launches and capitalize on identified opportunities.
- Plan and manage product launches and release communications in coordination with Product Management and other cross-functional partners.
- Guide the creation and delivery of messaging, positioning, presentations, and content that clearly communicate value to the market.
- Engage and influence market, customer, partner, and industry audiences through compelling written and verbal communications.
- Manage and support voice of the customer (VoC) initiatives and programs to bring customer insight into marketing and business decisions.
- Implementing and refining programs to drive the impact of Marketing:
- Partner with Demand Generation to create and execute high-response campaigns and support field teams in penetrating priority industries and market segments.
- Enable direct and indirect sales teams with the messaging, tools, content, and market insight needed to support customer engagement and growth.
- Lead or support account-based marketing initiatives and customer marketing and advocacy programs that strengthen loyalty, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Apply technology, analytics, and data to expand marketing reach, grow demand, streamline processes, establish meaningful KPIs, and improve decision-making.
- Increase AI adoption and fluency across go-to-market activities by pairing human judgment with generative and agentic AI to scale insights, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Lead the performance of the product marketing team and programs, while managing cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes.
- Select and manage external resources as needed, and support the broader Marketing team in developing business cases for technology investments.
- Travel up to 15% to support business, customer, partner, and market needs.

What You’ll Bring:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Five or more years of B2B marketing experience, including experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, or product marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to provide examples of go-to-market strategies and programs from prior roles, including the corresponding business or revenue impact.
- Excellent listening, written communication, verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships across Product Management, Sales and Presales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, Engineering, Partner Marketing, Services, and IT.
- Ability to identify meaningful signals and measures, translate them into KPIs, challenge conclusions based solely on data patterns, and change direction based on analytical results.
- Experience with project planning and management, cross-functional execution, consensus building, decisive decision-making, and persuasive influence.
- Knowledge of or direct experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Ability to pair human judgment with AI-enabled insight and use generative and agentic AI to support scale, automation, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Ability to evaluate creative design options for target buyers, test hypotheses, establish effectiveness measures, and balance innovation with proven approaches.
- Experience selecting and managing external resources.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration.
- B2B product marketing experience in the heavy-duty trucking industry.
- Experience leading or supporting account-based marketing, customer advocacy, demand generation, sales enablement, or voice of the customer programs.
- Experience supporting business cases for marketing technology investments.
