GENERAL NATURE OF JOB 

The Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing (Global) is a seasoned communicator who can effectively communicate with all possible audiences in all media, a strategic though-partner to commercial leadership, and manages marketing resources. Works to advance Technetics as a trusted brand, develops and implements a long-term, informed communications and marketing vision, strategy, and execution, development of key messages, distribution on relevant channels, and measurement of the results. As a critical thought-partner with Product Managers, Market Managers, and regional sales leadership, they ensure high quality and consistency in communications and branding across all global channels and platforms. Develops, or oversees the development of Technetics digital and social media strategy, strategic campaigns, and content to further the Technetics mission.  

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic and creative thinker with experience across several communication and marketing specialties who can inspire collaboration across teams and develop appropriate positioning in alignment with the organization’s business priorities.  

The Director, Strategic Communications & Marketing is a fully remote position and can sit in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France or Germany.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  

  • Lead communications across public relations, brand, marketing, internal communications, and crisis response. 
  • Collaborate with teams to create integrated communications plans. 
  • Draft and review press releases, social media posts, marketing materials, and more. 
  • Implement and measure innovative communications and marketing programs. 
  • Oversee web content and design for brand alignment and user experience. 
  • Align marketing strategies with division objectives and measure success. 
  • Develop programs to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation. 
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand market needs and product value. 
  • Manage the company’s digital marketing presence, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns. 
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity. 
  • Provide support and counsel on marketing and communications efforts. 
  • Manage marketing resources, vendors, and global marketing budget. 
  • Achieve communications and marketing goals and report progress to the Executive Leadership Team. 
  • Develop and monitor short- and long-term plans and budgets.  

JOB QUALIFICATION   

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 
  • Fluent in English; fluency in French is a plus. 
  • Managerial experience in communications, marketing, or sales. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex messages. 
  • Ability to build and engage teams directly and indirectly. 
  • Experience in leading globally within a matrix environment. 
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical skills in communications and marketing. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.

PAY TRANSPARENCY 

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Enpro offers a range of benefits, specific to each country. 

United States: The hiring range for this position is typically USD $130,600 to USD $195,900 annually.
