Job Responsibilities:
Complete sales and profit targets within the region
Develop market development plans and execute them based on the company's sales targets
Responsible for the development and sales management of new markets in the region, and maintaining good old customers
Support and serve distributors within the region, and maintain good communication and contact with distributors and their customers;
Implement credit control policies and ensure effective payment collection, and manage customer credit effectively;
Complete other work tasks assigned by the company or superiors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
Have more than three years of sales work experience.
Priority given to mechanical and chemical engineering majors, with a strong desire to learn professional knowledge and sales skills
Passionate about sales work, accepting challenges, not afraid of setbacks, and possessing team spirit;
Be sensitive to the market, have brand management awareness, possess good customer development ability, negotiation ability, and expression ability;
Have a certain level of English proficiency and be able to read relevant English materials.
