Order Selector - Shipping

This position will have primary responsibility for selecting customer orders and the ability to cross-train in processing orders as well. This role plays a key part in our daily shipping operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations. Colleague must be detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform shipping-related tasks including order picking, packing, labeling, and staging for shipment
• Handle products across various lines such as leather goods, seal assemblies, hubcaps, hubodometers, diversified products, and DataTrac
• Operate within established safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed
• Ability to operate a material handling equipment

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Moderate physical effort includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Manual dexterity and mobility required
• Visual acuity for detailed work
