The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for an operating division of Enpro.

Reporting into the FP&A organization, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in translating financial data into actionable insights, supporting capital investment decisions, and helping operating leaders improve business performance. This position is well-suited for a high-potential finance professional with a growth mindset who is eager to develop into a best-in-class business partner while collaborating closely with the broader FP&A team to help shape and advance Enpro FP&A best practices.

What You’ll Do:

● Promote the Enpro Culture by exhibiting the five principles of exemplary leadership: Modeling the Way, Inspiring a Shared Vision, Enabling Others to Act, Challenging the Process, and Encouraging the Heart

● Budget/Forecasting: Assist with the annual financial planning process and monthly forecasting across Enpro including supporting Enpro’s divisions and corporate

● Cross-functional collaboration: supporting Corporate FP&A Sr. Manager in partnering with functional leaders to drive financial acumen and support business strategy

● Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

● Support the FP&A OneStream Manager in developing OneStream users by providing training and supporting adhoc questions

● Learn the full structure of the current OneStream Production application at Enpro to assist the FP&A OneStream Manager in the OneStream administration

● Learn monthly and quarterly close process in OneStream and lead the process for at least one quarter ● Capital management: assist Corporate FP&A Sr. Manager in administration of CapEx software ● Remain at the forefront of Enpro’s knowledge and use of OneStream to guide the organization towards the highest value next steps weighing benefits of expanded/advanced use of adopted modules vs. implementation of new functionalities.

● Leads initiatives to enhance process accuracy, drive continuous improvement, and increase effectiveness to achieve exceed financial objectives and targets

What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s in accounting or equivalent. MBA, CPA, CFA and/or other advanced business or finance related

education/certification is a plus

● High level of accuracy and attention to detail

● Five years of combined accounting and/or FP&A experience

● Three years of working with OneStream

● Global perspective and experience with a business of international scale is preferred

● Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting

● Demonstrated ability to collaborate and to optimize work processes

● Experience identifying areas of possible improvement, creating a plan to improve, and executing the plan

● Ability to work in Charlotte office fully or hybrid environment
