The Contracts Administrator will manage contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle, from award through closeout. This role works closely with program management, sales, engineering, operations, quality, finance, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with customer, company, FAR, DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and AS9100 requirements. The ideal candidate has experience supporting prime contracts, subcontract administration, proposal support, customer flow-down, and export and government compliance within a manufacturing environment. Responsible for executing and improving compliance with all policies and requirements. This role operates as an independent contributor and cross-functional leader, translating customer, engineering, and regulatory requirements into robust systemic processes and ensuring effective execution across product development, production, and supplier activities.

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Serve as the Contracts lead ensuring compliance with customer requirements, company policies, internal QMS(AS9100), FAR, DFARS, ITAR/EAR and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and administer customer contracts, modifications, and purchase orders through contract review process.
  • Maintain contract documentation and ERP system records
  • Review customer SOW, drawings, specifications, T&C’s, and design documentation to define all requirements and ensure compliance and manufacturability.
  • Manage ERP system, and subcontracts flowing down customer and regulatory requirements to vendors
  • Manage and maintain customer base flow-down specification configuration control, and APL’s for processing of their products.
  • Partner with Corporate Compliance to support compliance with U.S. government regulations, including export controls, licensing requirements, company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support export compliance for international business activities.
  • Assist with export license requirements.
  • Review products and transactions for export classification.
  • Determine appropriate tariff classifications.
  • Support annual certification (Customer & Compliance)
  • Establish and maintain NDAs, agreements, and contract amendments
  • Maintain Visual Compliance on Customer, Vendors, and Visitors
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product qualification activities to ensure compliance with all requirements is incorporated throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customers to resolve compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle.   
  • Support internal, customer, and third-party audits and maintain compliance with AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.
  • Administer and coordinate deliverables with Sales, Program Management, and Engineering teams.

What You’ll Bring:  

Required Qualifications

  • 3 - 6 years of contracts administration experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
  • Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 QMS, and ITAR/EAR compliance
  • Experience with U.S. Government contracts and subcontract administration
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace compliance and manufacturing experience
  • Experience working with export control regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
  • Engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Inspection methods and measurement systems

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $92,400 - $138,600 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.​
