JOB TITLE:         Regional Sales Manager           

DEPARTMENT:  Sales – Rubber Fab

GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:

Manage an extensive, authorized sanitary distribution network in the West Coast Territory: CA, WA, ID, MT, ND, OR, WY, SD, NV, UT, CO, AZ, and NM. Manage sales and specification function at End Users, Distribution, OEM’s in the US. Provide product introduction, training and value proposition of Rubber Fab products. Manage distribution relationship and provide ongoing training and support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Manage an extensive, authorized sanitary distribution network in a designated territory.
  2. Manage sales and specification function at End Users, Distribution, and OEM’s.
  3. Provide product introduction, training and value proposition of Rubber Fab products.
  4. Manage distribution relationship and provide ongoing training and support.
  5. Demonstrate sales success; experience in distributor management; proven knowledge of specifying products to engineering departments.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or demonstrated experience
  2. Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and budgets
  3. Looking for someone who has high energy and is a self-starter and pays strong attention to detail.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  5. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SFDC.
  6. Must have the ability to multi-task and be a team player.
  7. Ability to travel, (50%).
  8. 5-7 years sales experience in the Food, Beverage, and Pharma Market preferably.

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

Travel required. Home based office when not traveling.
