Job Summary:  

Rubber Fab, located in Sparta, NJ, is an industry leading sanitary gasket and hose supplier for the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. A warehouse person is responsible for order fulfillment of gaskets & hoses, packaging/labelling of products, and receiving of products.  Attention to detail is highly important, as this Warehouse Person is also responsible for counting/ packaging products and utilizing our WMS software.  

Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday - Friday.   

Essential Functions:  

• Order fulfillment of gaskets, O-rings, screens, etc. 

• Assist in inventory replenishment 

• Unpack and inventory incoming shipments 

• Picking, counting and packaging products for outbound shipments 

• Maintain overall cleanliness/organization of workstation area/warehouse 

• Ensure that inventory is accurate and report discrepancies 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred 

• High School Diploma or equivalent  

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

• Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office) 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs 

• Standing/sitting for long periods of time
