The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for an operating division of Enpro.
Reporting into the FP&A organization, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in translating financial data into actionable insights, supporting capital investment decisions, and helping operating leaders improve business performance. This position is well-suited for a high-potential finance professional with a growth mindset who is eager to develop into a best-in-class business partner while collaborating closely with the broader FP&A team to help shape and advance Enpro FP&A best practices.

What You’ll Bring:
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operating environment
• Exposure to capital investment analysis and operational KPI reporting
• Experience supporting global or multi-business unit organizations
• Familiarity with OneStream or other financial planning tools
