The Sr. Benefits Analyst will provide support to the Enpro Total Rewards group through benefits administration, data analysis, and day-to-day support for the benefits and wellbeing offerings to our employees. Using a shared service delivery model, the Total Rewards group provides outstanding service to the employees of Enpro and the business units they support. This role will work in partnership with the TR team and the divisions to support the programs and processes that help attract, motivate, and retain the top talented employees to support our business goals, with a focus on ensuring employees receive benefits they value and understand.

What You’ll Do:

Promote the Enpro culture around creating value and driving excellence in our organization by: 

    • Communicating benefit options to new hires through new hire orientation sessions
    • Administering Enpro’s Health Savings Account (HSA)
    • Partnering with the businesses through annual benefits open enrollment
    • Working with the payroll team on annual 401k true-up processing
    • Support federal, state, local and Enpro leaves of absence
    • Supporting M&A and divesture activity as it relates to benefits
    • Processing benefit vendor payments
    • Providing support of Enpro’s wellbeing program
    • Supporting compliance and reporting requirements
    • Other projects and duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, or relevant field required
  • BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or relevant field required
  • Advanced Excel, Microsoft BI (Business Intelligence), or other system analytics and reporting skills
  • Experience working with self-funded and fully insured benefit plans
  • Strong understanding of Human Resource concepts, practices, and procedures in a corporate environment
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn and try new things
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Excellent organization, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role within the team
