JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Supply Chain
DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain – Garlock Sealing Products
GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:
The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the end to end supply chain activities for the business or businesses, that they are assigned. This role leads strategic global sourcing, risk mitigation, cost reduction and supply base expansion activities to assist in enhancing performance and growth of the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and a creative, critical thinker with a strong motivation to learn. The Senior Manager must be an effective communicator and be able to work as a leader of professionals to generate a high-quality work product in a collaborative, creative, ever-changing, and often ambiguous environment. We expect a professional demeanor and an ability to interact with suppliers, internal business partners and stakeholders at every level.
Key activities include development of the supply chain team, efficient and cost-effective sourcing of strategic direct and indirect materials and supplier relationship management.

This is primarily an onsite role in an office environment, some manufacturing floor exposure, some travel (5% to 10% will be required)

Office and Manufacturing Floor Position: Ability to perform sedentary work, spending extended periods of time working with a computer. Physical effort may include stooping, kneeling, touching, feeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Clarity of vision to see near and mid-range. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $106,400-172,000 annually. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
