We’re looking for a Quality Control Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is ready to take ownership of a critical function. In this role, you’ll guide a skilled team of inspectors, champion continuous improvement, and ensure that every product leaving our facility reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and reliability.

What You’ll Do

As the QC Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind product integrity—from raw materials to finished goods. You’ll lead and develop your team, collaborate closely with engineering and production, and use data, audits, and hands‑on expertise to elevate our processes. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and our reputation for quality.

What You Bring

You’re a strong fit if you have:

• A technical degree (bachelor’s preferred) and solid experience in manufacturing or quality control
• At least two years of supervisory experience leading teams
• A sharp analytical mindset and confidence working with data and quality systems
• Familiarity with SPC, measurement systems, and industry‑standard inspection tools
• A collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach to working with cross‑functional teams
• Lean Six Sigma certification (a plus, but not required)

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $72,000 - $109,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.​
