GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing much of the digital marketing strategy for the business. This role will work closely with Marketing team members and the commercial team to develop, launch, analyze, and optimize the digital performance of Marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also interact with various digital platforms and external support partners. The Digital Marketing Specialist will help enhance brand awareness, generate business interest via lead generation, and drive sales conversions with impactful digital marketing strategies. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to strategize, create, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the technical expert and primary administrator of all digital marketing channels and platforms.
  • Develop engaging content for all digital platforms to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Evaluate and report on digital marketing performance by analyzing key metrics across all channels; provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and alignment with objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and best practices to optimize digital marketing strategies and ensure compliance.

Marketing Automation Management:

  • Design and develop marketing automation plans that support marketing campaigns and sales development team efforts.
  • Develop and maintain forms and landing pages to improve prospect acquisition and conversion.
  • Create segments and maintain prospect records and associated lists.
  • Ensure efficient lead routing to appropriate internal teams.
  • Support the integrations between third-party applications and marketing automation portals.
  • Collaborate with the commercial teams to enhance data integrity.

Digital Advertising Management:

  • Develop, plan, and implement digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and display networks.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and tools, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement through regular campaign adjustments.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across various platforms, specifically Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster community and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars across the business to ensure timely and coordinated content delivery.

Email Marketing & Communications Execution:

  • Design, set up, test, deploy comprehensive email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email effectiveness, including subject lines, content, and send times.
  • Collaborate with creative resources to manage and enhance email templates.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on email best practices.

Webinar Coordination:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of webinars, including scheduling, promotion, follow-up activities, and serving as the primary host and administrator.
  • Coordinate all webinar-related communications and adjust processes as needed to ensure smooth operations and maximize attendance.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), social media networks, and digital advertising tools.
  • A solid understanding of how Salesforce CRM works in conjunction with marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking and handling changing priorities; consistently meets project deadlines.
  • Eager to absorb new technology and skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in creating email templates; working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of email best practices and regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and ADA requirements).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Willingness and ability to travel: up to 5%.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $62,000 - $101,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.​
