Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to company leaders, providing expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and strategies. This role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence. The ideal candidate will thought partner, coach, and collaborate to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.

Strategic Talent Leader:
Design and deliver targeted solutions focused on business expansion and optimization, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, management, development, change management, and employee relations.
Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development plans.
Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.
HR Problem Solver:
Analyze trends, market data, and metrics to propose solutions aligned with business needs.
Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, recommend solutions, and implement appropriate actions.
People Relations Manager:
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Collaborate with operations leadership and union leaders to address employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Strategic Business Partner:
Provide strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and coaching to all organizational levels.
Partner closely with site HR partners on overall HR business strategy and execution.
Lead and participate in projects as an integral member of the extended HR team.
Utilizing HR Metrics and Data:
Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
Preferred experience:
Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
Effective communication and critical thinking skills
Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
Proven experience in managing projects and leading change within an organization
Demonstrate experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
Experience using data to identify trends that drive action
Global and/or matrixed organization with multi-site experience
Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems
Coaching facilitation skills and experience
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, I/O Psychology, or related field. SPHR or SHRM- SCP certified.
Minimum Experience: 5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
Travel: Ability to travel as needed, with potential travel up to 10%
