Full-Time Production Technician - Welding

The Regional Sales Manager is Responsible for meeting established sales goals / targets for the territory.  Supporting the sales and service activity in the assigned geographic areas of responsibility. Conduct product demonstrations and installation training for area fleets. Work with distributor / dealer, sales personnel and management to support STEMCO and grow market share.  Gather VOC to discover and develop new applications, products and channels to market.  Support the overarching STEMCO brand and all STEMCO products. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned South Texas area.

Small Hole Drilling requires strong operational discipline, process consistency, quality control, and close partnership across engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and customer-facing teams. The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the site engineering function, aligning technical resources with business priorities, and driving disciplined execution of engineering projects that support operational performance, customer requirements, and strategic growth. This role provides leadership for process development, automation readiness, technical problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration, including support for the Small Hole Drilling Automation Line and copy exact alignment with the Singapore Small Hole Drilling Automation Line.
