This role is pivotal in partnering with leaders across Enpro to drive informed business decisions, enhance financial health, and support our long-term growth objectives.

Role Overview
The Corporate FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager supports the VP of FP&A, focusing on Enpro’s financial health and strategic planning. You will collaborate with leaders to provide financial insights, streamline processes, and drive best practices across the organization.


What You’ll Do:

  • Budget/Forecasting: Assist with the annual financial planning process and monthly forecasting across Enpro including supporting Enpro’s divisions.
  • Streamline Processes: Coordination of divisional review content for corporate leadership. Develop and maintain Excel and PowerPoint templates for divisions to drive consistent and efficient completion.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partnering with functional leaders to drive financial acumen and support business strategy.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Facilitation: driving best practices across Enpro’s divisions through the building of relationships
  • Management reporting: establishing and maintaining key financial reporting to be used by leadership.
  • Developing and/or enhancing understanding of OneStream software by being a power user and providing support to others.
  • Capital management: oversee, coordinate, and support the CapEx approval process and required reporting.
  • Remain at the forefront of Enpro’s knowledge and use of OneStream to guide the organization towards the highest value next steps weighing benefits of expanded/advanced use of adopted modules vs. implementation of new functionalities.
  • Involvement with the planned data hub creation as necessary to support the centralization of data and reporting across Enpro.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Five plus years of combined accounting and/or FP&A experience.
  • Five plus years of working with CPM systems (e.g., HFM, TM1, OneStream).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and usage of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in cost accounting analysis.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide summaries with actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and optimize work processes.
  • Experience identifying areas for improvement, creating plans, and executing them.
  • Ability to work in Charlotte office fully or in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced business or finance-related education/certification.
  • Global perspective and experience with a business of international scale.
