The National Fleet Sales Manager is a high-impact, customer-facing sales leader responsible for expanding STEMCO’s position with national fleet accounts across an assigned U.S. territory. This role is ideal for a proven commercial vehicle, OES/OEM, fleet, or aftermarket sales professional who can build executive-level relationships, influence specification and maintenance decisions, and convert complex opportunities into profitable, year-over-year growth. The successful candidate will protect existing business, expand product content, displace competitive solutions, and serve as a trusted partner to fleets seeking safety, reliability, uptime, and total cost-of-ownership improvements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow assigned national fleet accounts by building strategic relationships with senior fleet maintenance, operations, purchasing, and technical decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute account plans that protect existing revenue, expand STEMCO product content, support OEM specification opportunities, and convert competitive business.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations that connect STEMCO’s wheel-end, suspension, and commercial vehicle solutions to customer priorities such as uptime, safety, reliability, lifecycle cost, and maintenance efficiency.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance a disciplined pipeline of fleet growth opportunities using CRM, business intelligence, customer data, and market insights.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, technical training, fleet reviews, and virtual or in-person business updates that strengthen customer confidence and accelerate adoption.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, customer service, marketing, and regional sales teams to remove obstacles, respond to technical needs, and provide a coordinated customer experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing fleet trends, competitive intelligence, product feedback, and market opportunities with internal stakeholders.
  • Track account performance, forecast opportunities, and communicate progress against sales goals, conversion priorities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Represent STEMCO professionally at customer meetings, fleet reviews, industry events, and field visits while maintaining a high level of travel flexibility.
