  • Serve as the senior commercial liaison between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs, technology roadmaps, qualification requirements, and market trends into actionable business, product, and investment priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with operations, engineering, applications engineering, marketing, quality, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership to ensure customer-centric execution and delivery excellence.
  • Identify, champion, and commercialize new application and aftermarket growth opportunities across AST’s portfolio, partnering with innovation and product teams to support qualification, adoption, and lifecycle growth.
  • Program sponsor complex, long-cycle qualification and commercialization projects, ensuring executive visibility, milestone accountability, resource alignment, and timely resolution of barriers.
  • Drive collaboration and commercial synergies across AST portfolio companies, including Technetics Semi, NxEdge, LeanTeq, and Alluxa, to maximize customer value and segment-level growth.
  • Lead customer business reviews, executive presentations, strategic account plans, pricing discussions, opportunity reviews, and revenue outlooks with clear business recommendations.
  • Provide leadership for customer escalations and site-level issue resolution, ensuring appropriate prioritization, accountability, communication, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customer organizations, competitive positioning, semiconductor technology roadmaps, market dynamics, and industry developments, including insights from industry bodies such as SEMI.org.
  • Represent AST at customer sites, industry events, and executive forums with credibility, professionalism, and a strong understanding of semiconductor aftermarket needs.
  • Perform other strategic, commercial, and leadership duties as assigned, contributing to the broader growth and success of the AST segment.
