OEM Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with assigned OEM’s. This role focuses on promoting STEMCO’s products and ensuring customer satisfaction through interactions with OEM’s Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Operations departments.
Essential Functions:
Liaison between technical groups of both companies to ensure customer needs are met
Conduct product knowledge and wheel-end installation training for OEM sales, quality and operations departments as needed
Conduct Audits of OE’s production lines to ensure proper installation procedures and practices are being followed
Gather VOC to discover and develop new applications and products
Gain incremental new volume for company at OEM customers
Support field sales efforts to gain fleet specification at OEM's

Job Competencies & Qualifications
Strong background and knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry
Ability to build long-term partnerships
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively work remotely
Strong technical skills
Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of related work experience, including 1+ years of general CRM experience
Potential travel: Up to 50%
