GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Global Strategic Market Development Manager to lead the development and execution of cross-market strategies that drive growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement across diverse industries. This role is responsible for identifying global market opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and aligning commercial campaigns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and cross-functional leadership to elevate our global marketing impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that support business growth across multiple verticals, including industrial, life sciences, energy, and emerging markets.
  • Conduct global market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that align with commercial priorities and regional needs, leveraging digital, content, and field marketing channels.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Champion new tools, platforms, and processes that enhance marketing agility and customer engagement.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years business experience within product management, sales, marketing, or strategy.  
  • B2B manufacturing experience and industrial, life sciences, and/or energy market knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to build, develop, and engage teams directly and indirectly. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead globally in and outside a matrix environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $118,000 - $177,000 annually/hourly. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.​
