The Executive Assistant will primarily provide administrative support to EnPro’s CIO & VP, HR Operations and Talent. The successful candidate must exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, balance multiple priorities, and exhibit strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The candidate must be able to handle matters with a critical sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Executive Assistant – Information Technology and Human Resources role will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Management of IT and HR Leadership team calendars, including alignment and integration with the Master Calendar
- This role administratively supports the IT and HR team.
- Proactive identification and resolution of conflicting priorities across the department working with all key stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, formatting, neatness, etc., of key materials or other materials prepared for distribution internal and external to the IT or HR teams that are an overall reflection on the work quality of the teams.
- Manage complex and frequently changing travel arrangements, in addition to group logistics requirements for the teams and department-related travel.
- Assume meeting planning responsibilities for the execution of department and IT / HR meetings of various sizes and at various locations, including venue preparation, administrative support, logistics, lodging, etc.
- Prepare electronic expense reports and manage department budget oversight.
- Maintain department SharePoint sites.
- Serve as a partner for all other company executive assistants in the planning and execution of joint projects, company-wide functions, and administrative back-up.
- Proactively identify emerging department needs and perform other duties as required.
- Support/backup the Corporate recruiting process (i.e., coordinate interviews, initiate assessments/screenings/background checks, candidate correspondence, etc.)
- Support/backup new hire process for the Corporate Office (i.e., welcome letter, send new hire paperwork, input new hire into system, conduct/coordinate employee “launch” orientation, etc).
- Support/backup the planning/communication of activities (i.e., company events, support “FUN” committee, etc.)
- Support/backup enterprise-wide projects/initiatives (i.e., Annual President’s Awards, website and social media review, developing marketing material/surveys, etc.)
- Prepare, manage, and store documents as required.
- Overtime and travel may be required.

- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design required for strategy and roadmap creation
- SharePoint experience needed.
Required Experience:
Pre-requisites and skills required:
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, performance driven environment
- Minimum of five years' experience which includes working with high-level executives, managing complex schedules, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Good judgment with a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and integrity required.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and strong calendar management skills
- Professional demeanor, strong judgment and maturity.
- Required to have exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people at all levels.
