Director of OEM Sales

 

Position Summary:

Lead OEM Sales Managers in their assigned account responsibilities. Champion new customer activity at the OEM level for all STEMCO products and oversee the management of existing business relationships.

  • Promote the Sealing Technologies and Enpro culture by creating value and driving excellence within the organization through:
  • Coaching, supporting, and leading OEM Sales Managers to enhance their work effort, effectiveness, teamwork, strategic channel knowledge, and skill development to increase productivity and negotiation skills.
  • Building strong rapport with customers at all levels within the OEM channel, including procurement, engineering, sales, and operations.
  • Traveling extensively to meet OEM customers and coach OEM Sales Managers.

Job Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing, negotiating, and executing contracts for OEM customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Established relationships within the Truck and Trailer OEM channel.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of OEM Sales experience required.

Ability to travel as needed, with potential travel up to 50%.
