The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant movement of finished goods and materials. This role supports operational excellence by maintaining precise documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring materials are received and distributed in compliance with company quality and safety standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive and verify incoming materials and shipments, ensuring accuracy against documentation
  • Prepare, package, and label finished goods for shipment in accordance with customer and internal requirements
  • Enter and update shipping and receiving data in ERP and tracking systems to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and internal stakeholders, arranging timely delivery and documentation
  • Monitor and respond to team inboxes related to shipping and receiving; communicate updates and resolve inquiries
  • Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and staging areas to support operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipment contents, paperwork, and inventory
  • Support business needs through additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency required, including ability to enter data accurately into ERP systems and use email communication tools
  • Forklift Certification (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
  • Continually required to talk or hear
  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
  • The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Forklift, Pallet Jack

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $18.00 - $25.00 hourly. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
