Prod Tech I Shipping- Selector (1st Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform shipping-related tasks including order picking, packing, labeling, and staging for shipment

· Handle products across various lines such as leather goods, seal assemblies, hubcaps, hubodometers, diversified products, FIS, and DataTrac

· Operate within established safety and quality standards

· Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environment

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

· Moderate physical effort includes lifting, bending, and reaching

· Manual dexterity and mobility required

· Visual acuity for detailed work
